Location Group asked RCG to refurbish an existing industrial building into a Retail Centre. RCG Realty leased the new centre to anchor tenants Rebel and Briscoes. The development required us to gain a Resource Consent for non-complying activities; retail, for development in a flood plain, and for traffic generation. RCG gained the building consent and carried out site observation of construction. The development came in on time and on budget and has provided considerable improvement to the neighbourhood amenity.
