RCG has been working with Officemax since 2005 and assisted the organisation as its property manager undertaking lease renewals, rent reviews and relocations of its retail, commercial and industrial portfolio. The role has been all encompassing. Its 2020/2021 decision to close its physical retail presence has meant a change in its business going forward and RCG has been working through the portfolio to facilitate it lease expiries, release and reinstatement of its properties across the Country.
